Welcome in

Pull up a chair.
You're already a regular.

Whether you're stopping in before the school run, catching up with a friend over coffee, or treating the family to Saturday brunch — we're glad you're here. For nearly a decade we've been pouring cups, plating up, and learning our regulars' orders by heart, because that's just how it ought to be.

Everything we serve starts with real ingredients and a little bit of patience. Our breads are baked in-house each morning, our produce comes from growers we know by name, and our coffee is roasted right here in East Tennessee. Simple food, made carefully, served with a smile.

What we're about

Made fresh.
Served warm. Always.

Three things we promise to get right, every single morning.

01 — Kitchen

Scratch-made daily

Biscuits laminated by hand, cinnamon rolls swirled fresh each morning, soup simmered slow. No shortcuts.

02 — Sourcing

Tennessee growers

Eggs from Sweetwater Valley, coffee from Honeybee Roasters in Knoxville, produce from Three Rivers Market when it's in season.

03 — Hospitality

Like a regular

Stay as long as you'd like. We mean it. There's never a rush to free up your seat — that's not how Farragut does it.

of the kitchen today.

Full menu

The Farragut Plate

Two eggs your way, smoked bacon or sausage, breakfast potatoes, and a buttermilk biscuit.

Harvest Salad

Mixed greens, roasted sweet potato, apple, candied pecans, goat cheese, maple vinaigrette.

Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

A tall buttermilk stack swirled with cinnamon and finished with a vanilla glaze. House favorite.

Our corner of town

More than a cafe —
a corner of Farragut.

Fruition isn't just a place to eat. It's where neighbors meet, where birthdays get celebrated with extra whipped cream, and where the back booth has hosted more first dates than we can count. We're proud to be part of this town's daily rhythm.

A portion of every Friday's sales goes to a rotating local cause — Farragut schools, food pantries, Little League teams, you name it. When the community shows up for us, we show up right back.

Read our story

Kind words

"My husband and I have been Saturday-morning regulars for three years. The team knows our order, our kids' names, and which booth we like. It's the kind of place that makes you feel at home."

— Karen M. Farragut
